Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get access to the app?

You need a user account to use Outwork. Currently, accounts are only provided by us when you attend our in-person volleyball camps. We will give you a username and password on-site.

Can I create an account myself?

Not at this time. Self-registration is not available yet. We may add this feature in the future.

Do you collect any of my personal data?

No. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. All your workout progress, experience points, and levels are saved only on your device.

Why does the app need internet?

The app needs an internet connection to download and stream the workout videos.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account (and all local data) at any time directly from the app settings.

Is the app free?

Yes, the app is currently completely free. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future.

Where is my progress saved?

All your progress is saved locally on your phone or tablet. If you delete the app or clear your device data, your progress will be lost.
