Outwork - Volleyball workouts app
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Outwork - Volleyball workouts app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Angel Ramirez Casas (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
The Application currently requires a user account to access its features. At this time, users cannot create or register accounts themselves. The Service Provider provides unique login credentials exclusively to individuals who attend our in-person volleyball camps.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change or expand the account creation and access methods at any time (for example, by allowing self-registration or open access). Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time directly from within the Application settings.
Certain features of the Application, including downloading and viewing workout videos, require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms may apply, and you may incur data charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges.
The Application is currently provided free of charge. The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce charges, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other monetization for the Application or any of its features at any time in the future. Any such changes will be clearly communicated to you in advance through the Application or by updating these Terms and Conditions.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may expose it to malware, viruses, or other security risks and may cause the Application to malfunction.
You are also responsible for ensuring your device has sufficient battery life and storage space to use the Application.
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate. However, the workout videos are public content accessed over the internet, and the Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from your reliance on the Application or its content.
The Service Provider may update, modify, add features to, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will end, and you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. You are advised to review this page regularly.
